Our warehouse is back up to full operational capacity. Please be aware there are still delivery delays with Australia Post due to the lower then usual number of flights and large order volumes they are working through. Allow 1-2 extra days for your delivery. You can find more detail here:

With Melbourne moving to Stage 4 lockdown, HardwareBox is still operational and processing orders from our warehouse.

Whilst there may be  some delays in packing orders and with Deliveries due to increased Covid-19 prevention measures, deliveries are generally only 1 or 2 days longer then normal. However deliveries within Melbourne can take a further few days. Australia Post have more detail here

We encourage you to view the expected delivery times for your order before contacting us and allow and extra 2 days beyond the expected delivery date. If this date has passed, then feel free to contact us and we can look into the delivery.
